Getting started

What does True North AI help businesses do?

We help teams implement practical AI workflows, train the people using them and measure the change in time, quality and cost. Work can cover operations, customer service, internal knowledge, adoption or improvements to an existing AI system.

Who do you work with?

We focus on midmarket businesses in Canada and the United States. We work with executive sponsors, operations leaders and IT, then involve the people doing the work. A good starting point is a recurring process with an accountable owner and a measurable cost, delay or quality problem.

Where should we start?

Choose one process that creates repeated delays, corrections or manual handoffs. Bring a few representative examples and the person responsible for the result. We can use those to discuss a practical first scope.

How is implementation different from buying AI licences?

A licence gives your team access to a tool. Implementation connects that tool to a specific task, the right information, the systems involved and the people responsible for the result. Training, review steps and operating support help staff use the workflow consistently after launch.

Delivery & adoption

Do we need to replace our software?

We start by assessing the systems and access you already have. The scope should establish which connections are feasible, which changes are needed and whether a simpler improvement can solve the problem.

What happens after implementation?

Your team receives operating instructions and training, with an owner for the workflow and a route for reporting issues. We agree ongoing support, response expectations, monitoring and improvement work in the engagement scope. Those arrangements depend on the system and the coverage your team needs.

Results & costs

How will we know whether it is working?

Agree a baseline and acceptance criteria before building. Then compare completed work for quality, elapsed time, staff effort and full cost. Released capacity and realized financial benefits are reported separately.

How do you reduce AI costs?

We inspect where the spend goes and what work it produces. Potential changes include model selection, retrieval, repeated requests and the workflow itself. We test those changes against the required quality standard and include human review, retries, platform fees and support in the cost comparison.

Data & partnership

How do you handle company data and permissions?

Data access, hosting, retention and review requirements are defined with your IT and business owners before implementation. The chosen products and configuration must support those requirements. We test relevant access boundaries and agree how source changes, incidents and requests for access will be handled.

What does your OpenAI Partner Network status mean?

True North B2B is a Registered member of the OpenAI Partner Network. Our work covers implementation, role-specific training and ongoing improvement around your business workflows. Registered membership identifies our participation in the network; it does not certify an individual solution or guarantee a business result.
